6'7" piont gaurd out of Memphis state, drafted in 93 to the Golden State Warriors. He was drafted 1st round (third over all).Anferny was later traded to the Orlando Magic.Penny Haraways best season was in 95/96 where he played on the ALL-NBA Team. Penny has caried the Magic ever since O'neil left. IN 97/98 Hardaway suffered a bad ankle injury that caused him to leave his team for the rest of the season.
